Terms of Use and Gift Card Purchase Policy for Susanity

1. Introduction

Welcome to Susanity located in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. These Terms of Use and Gift Card Purchase Policy govern your use of our services, including but not limited to appointment booking, participation in live events, and the purchase and use of gift cards. Please carefully read and understand these terms as they contain important information regarding your rights and responsibilities.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Susanity or purchasing gift cards, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Gift Card Purchase Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or purchase gift cards.

3. Appointment Booking and Fee

3.1. Booking Appointments: You may book appointments for massage therapy and other wellness services through our website, mobile app, or by contacting us directly. By booking an appointment, you agree to attend the scheduled appointment at the agreed-upon date and time.

3.2. Appointment Booking Fee: To secure your appointment, we may charge a non-refundable appointment booking fee. The booking fee will be clearly specified during the booking process and is payable at the time of booking. This fee reserves your appointment slot and is non-refundable.

3.3. Payment and Pricing: The pricing for our services, including any booking fees, will be clearly displayed on our website or app. Prices are subject to change, and we reserve the right to update pricing at any time. However, once an appointment is booked and the booking fee is paid, the price for that appointment will not change.

4. Live Events

4.1. Participation in Live Events: Susanity and Susan T Ouellette may host live events such as workshops, seminars, or classes. When you register for a live event, you agree to participate in the event as scheduled.

4.2. No Refunds for Live Events: All payments for live events are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any fees paid to participate in live events including your pre-purchased ticket prices.

5. Gift Card Purchase and Use

5.1. Gift Card Purchase Policy: When purchasing gift cards from Susanity you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

a. No Refunds: Gift cards are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for the purchase of gift cards.

b. Expiration: All gift cards must be used within one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. After the one-year period, the gift card will expire, and the remaining balance will be forfeited.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

6.1. Appointment Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 2 days or 48 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.

6.2. Live Event Cancellation: If you cannot attend a live event, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to offer an inhouse solution in replacement of your attendence or a live zoom call, but we do not provide refunds on pre-purchased tickets. Alternatives are up to the sole discretion and availability of Susan Ouellette.

7. Code of Conduct

When using our services, you agree to adhere to a respectful and considerate code of conduct. Disruptive, inappropriate, Sexual In Nature, or disrespectful behavior towards Susan T Ouellette or other clients will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who violate this code.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

9. Changes to Terms
