Welcome to Susanity. Before engaging in any channeling, mediumship, or tarot services live or in person with Susan T. Ouellette, it is essential to understand and acknowledge the following disclaimer. My services founded on core gifts are intended to provide guidance, insight, and support, and they are offered with utmost integrity, transparency, and respect for the energies and messages involved. Please read this disclaimer carefully.

1. Nature of Services

My channeling, mediumship, and tarot services are offered as a form of spiritual guidance paired with entertainment but not in a way where the messages that do come through should be seen as funny or a joke - when I pick up on an intuitive message it is because it needs to get relayed in many and even most cases it’s to work with you to bring some form of healing to yourself to assist you in the process of moving forward, overcoming obstacles, and to bring peace back to yourself. These services are based on the belief in the existence of spiritual energies and the potential for intuitive insights and messages. They should not be considered a substitute for professional advice, therapy, medical treatment, or legal counsel.

2. Personal Responsibility

By using my services surrounding my metaphysical gifts, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions and choices in life. My channeling, mediumship, and tarot readings, guidance, and services aim to provide guidance and insight, but the ultimate decisions and actions are your own.

I do not guarantee the accuracy, outcomes, or results of our channeling, mediumship, or tarot services. The information provided is based on the energies and messages received during the session, and its interpretation is subjective and ultimately up to your own interpretation.

4. Spiritual Beliefs

My services are grounded in a belief in the existence of energies, spirits, and metaphysical phenomena. I respect individual beliefs and welcome clients from various spiritual and religious backgrounds. I do not impose or promote any specific religious beliefs on anyone that comes to my live shows or to my clinic EVER.

5. Entertainment and Insight

My services are designed to be both entertaining and insightful. I believe that spiritual guidance can be delivered in an engaging and enjoyable manner in an environment where you feel comfortable in receiving these messages - sometimes that requires an evening out with friends or with a partner, sometimes that means getting the family together to get questions answered from someone that’s passed on but you’d rather keep the matter private or just amonst friends where everyone can make an evening of it. It is essential to approach booking an evening with Susan with an open mind and embodying the understanding that the experience is intended to enhance your overall well-being to promote peace, and healing from within first and foremost.

6. Consent and Participation + Age Requirements

Participation in a night with Susan event is entirely voluntary. You may choose to book and or engage with our services at your discretion. We do not provide services to individuals under the age of 18 without parental or legal guardian consent.

7. Ethics and Integrity

I uphold a strong commitment to ethical and responsible practices. I treat all clients with respect, honesty, and integrity. I will not engage in harmful, discriminatory, or exploitative practices during our sessions.

8. No Legal or Medical Advice

My services do not offer legal, financial, medical, or mental health advice. If you have legal, financial, medical, or mental health concerns, it is imperative to consult with the appropriate professionals.

9. No Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for live and in person events. All bookings are final. IF you pre-purchase a ticket to an event but can not attend you may inquire with me directly about scheduling a 1:1 zoom or coming into the clinic for a 1:1 session however, I do not issue refunds on ticket prices for any reason.

I reserve the right to update or modify this disclaimer at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
